A miscreant director of an insurance brokerage has been banned from working in the financial services industry. The director boosted the profits of his company by the simple expedient of insuring his company’s clients for less that they had paid for. This necessitated falsifying documentation to cover up the underinsurance.
He also provided clients with inappropriate or unsuitable cover.
