The Chancellor has announced in his Pre-Budget Report (PBR) that a new build indemnity scheme will be introduced to increase the supply of ‘starter homes’.
The PBR also announced changes to the ‘tenant’s right to buy’ scheme will be introduced to increase the number of social tenants seeking to buy their homes.
